Nukote Acquires Intuitive Coatings

Austin, Texas, July 2020. Nukote completes the process of the acquisition of Intuitive Coatings products with full integration of the Ionyx product line into Nukote Premera® product lines. The Ionyx product line is now manufactured along with other Nukote products and will continue as a premium Premera® brand for years to come. Charlie Foster, the principal of Intuitive Coatings has passed the banner on to his son Douglas Foster who assumed the role of a Nukote Vice President as part of the transition.
