Another brand of polyurea had been applied on the concrete surfaces which had failed because of weak quality, and bad application. After surface preparation and removing failed polyurea, a suitable Epoxy primer was applied to improve adhesion. An epoxy intermediate layer was applied for filling the pores on the primed surfaces. Finally Polyurea NUKOTE – HT was sprayed on the prepared surface. Polyurea was chosen because of its good waterproofing and chemical resistance properties.
